Yamas and Niyamas are the foundation of Yoga according to Patanjali. They can be seen as guidelines of a yogic lifestyle.
Even though they were not created in modern times, can these guidelines still mean something to our lives, yogis or not, today?
In this series of posts, I would like to share my own interpretation of Yamas and Niyamas. My interpretation emphasizes our relationship with ourselves, because I believe this relationship is reflected back to us in all of our other relationships. Would love to read your perspective!
