If you are sitting in front of the computer for long hours, you may need a stretch to release some tension. Here's a quick one you can do right at your desk ⬇
*Only stretch as much as the body allows, no forcing, the body doesn't like that :)
If you have an injury in the area, it is best to avoid this one!
