Yoga Therapy and Private Sessions
I offer Yoga Therapy Sessions and Relaxation Sessions.
If you have other wishes, you are welcome to contact me. If I do not offer what you are looking for, I might be able to refer you to a colleague.

Some general information:
All our private yoga sessions will be tailored to you and will be a product of our cooperation. Together, we will explore your mind and body by using yoga tools such as postures, stretches, movements, breathing exercises, meditation, relaxation techniques and more.
​
We will take into account physical and health-related circumstances, but also what else is happening in your life.
At the beginning of every session we will find out what is present at the moment and will always choose our practices for the session according to your current state and needs.
Generally, in our private sessions we mean to:
o support your well-being as a whole
o work pain-free and with what you are experiencing at the present moment
o practice safely in a safe environment
o move, breathe and relax
o explore the connection between your body, mind and emotions
o create tools that you can use in your daily life

60 minutes sessions are €50; 90 minutes sessions are €70. I believe that everyone deserves the experience of exploring and connecting mind and body. Lower funds shouldn't hold you back, so get in touch and we'll find an affordable arrangement.
