Yoga Therapy FAQs
What is the goal of Yoga Therapy?
Working one on one means that the you get to define the purpose of the sessions according to your needs and wishes. So the goal is up to you and, between us, having no goal is also an option.
When preparing yoga therapy sessions and working with individuals, I do keep general intentions in mind. Some of them may apply to you:
o support your well-being as a whole
o work pain-free and with what you are experiencing at the present moment
o practice safely in a safe environment
o move, breathe and relax
o explore the connection between your body, mind and emotions
o create tools that you can use in your daily life
